1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using GoalX (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf, where required by law in your location.
2. What GoalX does
GoalX provides AI-powered video analysis of football footage, personalized training content, and coaching tools including drill libraries, session generators, and progress tracking. Coaching feedback is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and developmental purposes only.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating a profile or account.
- You must provide your date of birth when creating an account. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian's email address is required before your account can be created.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
4. Your content
When you upload a video clip, you retain ownership of it. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to:
- Process the clip (including sending it to our AI analysis provider) in order to generate your coaching report
- Store the clip permanently in our cloud storage if you submit it to Hall of Fame, so it can be viewed by other users
- Display the clip publicly only if you explicitly submit it to Hall of Fame
You confirm that:
- You have the right to upload the footage (e.g., it's your own recording, or you have permission from whoever filmed it)
- The footage does not violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights
- You will not upload content that is inappropriate, unrelated to football, or contains anyone who has not consented to being filmed, to the best of your knowledge
We reserve the right to remove any uploaded content that violates these terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly do so.
5. AI-generated content — important disclaimer
Coaching reports, scores, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are not a substitute for a real, qualified coach. AI analysis can be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally wrong — including misidentifying actions, players, or events in your footage. Do not rely on this feedback as professional coaching, medical, or fitness advice. If you experience pain or injury, consult a qualified professional, not this app.
6. Hall of Fame
Submitting a goal to Hall of Fame makes that clip, your player name, position, and associated coaching commentary visible to other users of the App. Hall of Fame placement is determined by an AI-generated score from our Goal-mode analysis and is not a guarantee of objective ranking or professional evaluation. The public leaderboard displays the top-ranked submissions by score. We may remove any Hall of Fame entry at our discretion, including for content that violates these terms.
7. Subscriptions and payments
In-app purchases and subscriptions are not yet available. When subscriptions launch, this section will be updated to describe what's included in the free tier versus the paid tier, billing frequency and pricing, auto-renewal terms, how to cancel, our refund policy, and how Apple's App Store terms interact with these Terms. We'll notify users of this update in accordance with Section 13.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, or exploitative — especially involving minors
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App's functioning
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Use the App to harm, exploit, or endanger a minor in any way
9. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, drill content curation, and underlying software, is owned by Bluelake Services Limited. Third-party training videos referenced or linked within the App remain the property of their original creators; we link to and credit them, we do not claim ownership of their content.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated coaching feedback, uninterrupted service, or that the App will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluelake Services Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and request account/data deletion at any time by contacting dan@blsl.net.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
